INFO.

Name: Rhys (Elisenn*)
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height: 5'5
Species: Human, with milith (monster) qualities

*If asked, Rhys would claim that he has no last name. As far as he knows, that's the truth.

» Very near-sighted. Can't make out facial features and the like, meaning that he can't read people's expressions. Has to be standing right next to a sign to be able to read it.

» ... And that's if he were any good at reading: he knows the alphabet, but his literacy skills are otherwise lacking, and he's therefore a very slow reader.

» He compensates for his vision problems with a supernatural sort of echolocation—not that he knows that normal humans don't have this.

» Grew up in the Outside (of the Shielded City), otherwise known as a monster-infested land where shelter and resources can be scarce.

» Was once a beggar, before becoming a bandit; nowadays, he's a mercenary, though thanks to his benevolent leader, most of the jobs they undertake are of the non-stabby kind, save for when they're hunting miliths.

PERMISSIONS.

OOC.

Backtagging: Yes! I might eventually start dropping threads after a month or so if I'm feeling bogged down, but if I ever drop one that you wanted to continue, let me know!

Threadhopping: Sure! If the thread might seem inappropriate for threadjacking, though, just contact me beforehand.

Fourth-walling: Seeing as how he's an OC, there's not much to fourth-wall, oops.

IC.

Hugging this character: Go ahead! Rhys enjoys hugs, even if he might be surprised at first because other people don't usually initiate them...

Kissing this character: Why would you ever want to, but yes, go ahead.

Flirting with this character: Seeing as how Rhys himself has a tendency to flirt, go right ahead.

Fighting with this character: Sure! Rhys doesn't mind a fight, though be warned that he's no pushover (and that his abilities make sneaking up on him rather difficult).

Injuring this character: Probably fine! If it's severe, I'd appreciate a heads-up first, but I'm not likely to say no if it's ICly reasonable.

Killing this character: Same as above: plotting it out is probably best, but unless the timing is awful, I'm likely to be game! Not like Rhys hasn't already died a few times even if he doesn't realize it.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go ahead! Let me know so I can include things in brackets, especially since there's a fair amount that isn't immediately obvious from his demeanour that I don't always mention.
